Mini UK PK tour

At a recent training session, a few other traceurs and myself discussed the possibility of doing a tour of some of the UK's parkour spots sometime this summer. The idea would be to allocate 5 or 6 days to travelling around various cities, spending a day in each location and training with the locals. So as not to cause widespread disruption everywhere we go, we'd have to limit the numbers to maybe 6 people at the most. I haven't trained in many of the parkour 'hotspots' yet, so this would be a great opportunity to do so, and of course to meet different traceurs along the way. The idea is still in its early stages at the moment, but it's certainly worth discussing potential locations. Personally, I'd like to visit Leicester (and to have a go at one of Blane's hell nights), and perhaps Cambridge again. I spoke to David from Edinburgh Parkour through email a few days ago, and he was up for training with us if we could find our way up there. Unfortunately, Edinburgh might be too far north for us to reasonably incorporate it into a tour. If you have any suggestions regarding locations, or just to express your interest in coming along, post a comment :-)

That's what I wish to do this Summer. I'd like to be a part of your group if possible.

Main cities of interest being Cambridge and Leicester.

Will you be incorporating your trip to Lisses in this tour, or will it be separate?

I have to go to Lisses this Summer, seeing as I missed out last time.

If we're down in London, we'll definitely get in touch.

Jak, you can meet us in the various cities if you prefer. I think we need to establish a logical route, and decide on the best order in which to do things. So far Leicester and Cambridge are looking like two definites.

Yeah i'll meet you in the cities. Should be brill. But where would we sleep?

Also, to go off topic, i should be getting the scaffolding in half term which is soon, so Paul, after work when we get it up and running you wonna come to my house to jam?

I think we'll have to do a separate Lisses trip. A UK tour AND Lisses trip one after the other will be far too tiring.

Let me know when you've got your scaffolding Jak. I'll come round to train after work one night.

Forgot to answer your question about where we'd sleep. We'd have to either book hotels or possibly stay over at people's houses where possible.
