I have two main interests: Parkour & AV. hence this blog! When it comes to PK and physical training, I'm always trying to improve and push myself further, both mentally & physically. When it comes to anything audio visual, I have extremely high standards. MP3 is a definite no no. Uncompressed 24 bit, 192khz is the way forward!

I love that area, where Danny was going for the kong-to-cat. All the standing rail-kong-to-precisions there...awesome.
Nice pictures depicting 'movement', and nice to see Lars and Dean in action as part of the Manchester scene. Keep it up, guys.
That's Freeman in the fourth photo! Barry is in the background. I don't think you've met him before.

Yeh I saw that Barry guy talking to you on Sunday, but didn't speak to him. Has he been training with you, or just interested in watching or something?
He's been training with us on and off for the last 18 months.
Off more than on until recently though, and still watching almost as much as doing ;)
